I’m going to talk about movie directors and the movies. There are famous movie directors in New Zealand.
Now, I want to talk about Andrew Adamson. Do you know Andrew Adamson? He is one of the famous movie directors in New Zealand. He produced “Shrek” in 2001. Then he produced “Shrek2”and “Shrek3”. “Shrek” received Academy animated film Prize. He also produced “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” and “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”. “Narnia” received Academy make up Prize.
Next, I want to talk about Peter Jackson. He is also famous movie director in New Zealand. He produced “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings”,“The Two Towers” and “The Return of the King”. He also produced “King Kong” in 2005. These movies received three Oscars.
On the other hand, in Japan, there are many movie director
s. Akira Kurosawa is famous movie director. Most of people know his name. His first movie is “Sanshiro Sugata” He produced Seven Samurai (Shichininn-no-samurai), DerusuUzara, TheHidden Fortress(Kakushi-toride-no-san-akunin) , Madadayo, and so on. His movies are all famous, and he received many prize.
