I think that running is important for exercise because running uses our all body. Running can remove surplus fat and train to own heart. Also this is useful in getting rid of stress and can get rid of physical exhaustion. Running is very tired and many people think that we should run fast pace. So many people may not like running. But I think that you don’t need run so fast. You can run own pace. Running doesn’t cost money and you can start anywhere and anytime. If you run during talking with friends, you can enjoy running. If you can continue to running, you will get a good body. Let's try!!

(2)Diet ~calories~
I think that food
calorie is important for diet. High calorie food cause to fat. If you continue to eat high calorie food everyday, you will contract an illness. High calorie food is delicious, so many people like it. But you should not eat high calorie food much, so you should eat good food more. You should eat vegetables more than meats. You should take nourishment in good balance food. If you think calorie when you eat foods, you will change your body.
